PARTNERS & CLIENTS

IRFOL worked in partnership with other organisations including NGO's, governments and educational establishments. We had a particularly close working relationship with the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) in Vancouver and for a number of years IRFOL acted as COL 's research arm.

Our work was funded by a number of organisations and trusts including DFID, the World Bank, UNESCO and the European Commission.
